The communes of Candida, Parolise and Sorbo Serpico in Campania. 15 – 20-year-old vines are grown between at 650 - 1,650 ft above sea level. Grapes are grown with 4,000 - 4,500 vines per hectare in moderately deep, slight to moderately calcareous on the surface and calcareous at deeper level soil.

| Grapes are harvested in early to mid-October. Immediately following harvest, grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a gentle press followed by cold settling. Fermented in stainless steel - no malolactic fermentation. |
