Tasting notes

Colour: ruby red with a hint of garnet-red. Nose: intense, complex, almost ethereal, reminding of jam. Flavour: fat, harmonious, velvety, soft, highly persistent.

Food pairing

It is best served with red meats and is excellent as a dessert at the end of a meal. It is also a ”meditation wine” of great lineage, and gets better as time goes by.
