Tasting notes

Ruby red in color. Full and persistent bouquet exhibits the delicate scent of dark berries. Dry with a lingering finish and balanced acidity and tannins. Recommended with grilled and roasted red meats. Particularly excellent with roast game and hard, spicy cheeses.
