Released for sale: Four years and a half after vintage.
Harvesting: End september.
Varietals: Trebbiano toscano, Malvasia del Chianti.
Vinification: Grapes are collected in trays to dry naturally until December. Then lightly pressed and fermented in 50-100 litre oak casks without the skins.
Maturation: 4 years in oak casks. Further bottle maturation for a minimum of four months.
