Ultimate Beverage Challenge 95 points (Mar 2012) Notes of fresh baked shortbread biscuits, heather, wild honey, and toasted grains fill the nose. The palate is wonderfully silky and rich with waves of malt, baked orchard fruits, and brown spices. Lovely.
