Ultimate Beverage Challenge 92 points (Mar 2012) Copper/orange color. Offers linear aromas of molasses and brown sugar in measured amounts. On palate, the flavor profile leans towards elegance more than gusto and that’s fine. Mineral-like aftertaste refuses to go too sweet. Nicely done.
